Sometimes I think about the year 2004, and what it meant to me.
It did mean a lot. A lot of first, and a lot of lasts.

2004 out of all the years, it was the most significant to me. Interesting.

I'm not saying that I don't like this current year, or the future years. It's not like that at all. Just in 2004, there was a connection with everyone. A certain type of bond.

But it is all ridiculous. I think these things, but right when I write them down it is not anything what I really feel like. Its certain things that spark something inside me and I go "Yeah!" followed by a flash back. I randomly heard a Jawbreaker song and that is what happened. I really don't want to go back to 2004, because it really did suck in many ways. I had a horrible girlfriend, a horrible relationship with my parents, I was a bad kid, I was in high school, and a lot of my friends were wastes and pulling me down with them. Not that anything like that had really changed until about a year ago when I threw all my chips on the table and saw the results. But regardless, I just have the memories that I choose to reMEMBER.
